Peter Huljich
Non-Executive Chairman
Peter Huljich is a highly experienced Non-Executive Chairman and corporate advisor with more than 25 years’ experience across listed resource companies, capital markets and complex cross-border transactions.
He has served as Independent Chairman of multiple publicly listed mining companies and brings deep expertise in IPO execution, corporate governance, capital raising, M&A and ESG oversight.
Yi (Sky) Zhang
Executive Director
Mr. Yi (Sky) Zhang has extensive experience in international capital markets and corporate development, specializing in financing and IPO execution for resource-based enterprises.
Currently, Yi serves as a core executive member of Gemstar Resources Ltd, responsible for strategic planning and capital management across the Pre-IPO and IPO phases.
Tao (Steven) Liu
Managing Director
Mr Liu is a gemstone industry professional with over 12 years’ experience across mining related operations, gemstone production, international trading and downstream industry engagement.
As Managing Director, Mr Liu is responsible for the Company’s day to day management, operational planning and production development.
Robert Nigel Chapman
Non-Executive Director | Technical & Geology Specialist
Nigel is a UK-qualified geologist with nearly 30 years of international experience across the natural resources sector. His career spans diverse jurisdictions including Latin America, Africa, and Australia, covering gemstones, precious metals, and base metals.
With extensive experience in founding and managing resource companies, Nigel has led projects through the full mine development lifecycle. He serves a key role in IPOs and financings, bridging technical geology with capital markets success.

With over 35 years of experience in corporate governance and capital markets, Robert has guided numerous public and private enterprises through strategic growth and compliance milestones.
